It's the first of June and we saw our first Summer Tanager. We were out at Watkins Mill checking on the hawks and as we were leaving it was right there in front of us. So we quick snapped some photos. I also brought in my first rose and peonie of the summer. We've also turned on the air conditioner a couple of days ago, summer is finally here.
Green is the prime color of the world, and that from which its loveliness arises.
