It was my mother's birthday today, so we took her out to lunch at the restaurant over looking Saguaro Lake. 
She was given a free strawberry sundae for her birthday! I think I had most of it though.
We took a drive to see the wildflowers and we stopped at one of the off road drives to take a few photos.
We then checked out the McDowell Casino and drove through Fountain Hills.
I gave her some books written by Maud Lovelace an author who grew up in the Mankato area. i hope she had a nice day, we did.
